We are looking to recruit one new members to the department for Customer Technical Support (CTS). The departments main responsibility is the function Technical customer support which includes the 24 hour a day all year around operational support and the general operation of our Remote Diagnostic Center where we perform daily analysis of the equipment located at the customers sites all around the globe.
If you are successful with your application your main responsibility will be to Promote new digital based Remote Service products which is developed to continuously improve the customer value, we deliver to our customers.
As Innovation engineer you will plan and take part in fairs to promote products and services. An example of a promotion task is to perform a live demo at a Customer event, another is to take part in a development project and take part in the implementation of the new way of working.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have an innovative and business minded view on things in combination with at least a basic technical knowledge about our gas turbines.
- You should feel comfortable to work both in the field of Business Improvement as well as in Product Promotion.
- You have a degree in a technical area and preferably some experience with our products.
- As a person you are social, passionate about working with change management and have a genuine interest in technique.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
