Program Manager i Stockholm

In order to meet the ever-changing market conditions and customer expectations we need increase our efficiency in product development and maintenance and at the same time deliver with stability and quality to keep and increase our customers trust. To be able to meet those expectations, we need strong leadership.

Your will be operational responsible for the steering and coordination of all activities within the program P27 to establish a single pan-Nordic payment infrastructure for the 27 million inhabitants of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Your will be responsible for:

• Lead the programme organisation in in their Way of Working and perform delivery planning
• Prepare the organisation for change (together with Business Change Manager).
• Define Program plans and coordinate activities in line organisation.
• Manage program issues and risks.
• Coordinate dialog with external partners, regulators and authorities.

To be successful in this position you need strong communication and leaderships skills. It´s also important to be able to engage and motivate resources and at the same time have the drive to realize strategic goals.

• Senior experience from line manager role in Business or IT
• Senior Program manager experience
