EA is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven People Practices (HR) Coordinator to join our People Practices team based in Stockholm.

 

The Challenge Ahead:  

Our People Practices team are passionate about delivering simple and awesome people experiences while delivering programs and support in meaningful and efficient ways. In this role you will be connecting with employees, enabling people managers, supporting team effectiveness and engagement initiatives, planning and delivering people programs and being a cultural steward for EA.

The People Practices (HR) Coordinator role is an entry level role in EA’s People Experience (HR) organization focused on administrative day-to-day issues and support for internal processes and procedures. This role will report into our Director, People Practices.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

Provide administrative and coordinating People Experience support, including:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for People Experience in Stockholm, both on our Slack channels and in person.
  • Supporting practices partners and managers as related to the employee journey at EA.
  • Assisting new employees with training and support on HR tools
  • Running HRIS reports, analyze and reconcile people data. Monitor the accuracy of HR records and coordinate corrections as required.
  • Assist in compiling, preparing, and/or analyzing HR presentations and reports for HR and business leadership.
  • Partner with Finance to communicate, track and reconcile data for client groups
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure we are providing a connected employee experience
  • Fulfill ad hoc report requests and special assignments as necessary and appropriate.
  • Workday super user and handle transactions, reporting and input into the system
  • Assist in bookings and coordination of events, trainings or similar

 

Qualifications:
  • University degree, preferably with a business / HR focus is a plus
  • Some experience of working in an HR Coordinator / Administrator capacity
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to establish a high level of trust and credibility in the organization
  • Capacity to be flexible & collaborative, while staying focused to deliver results, even as the business and organization changes
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a strong sense of what good administration looks like
  • An interest in growing your career in Human Resources and working in gaming!
