We are now looking for two Product Compliance Coordinators.
To enable the selling of safe and legal external products within the assortment for all our Brands in the H&M Group, the need of expertise within this compliance area is increasing. We are therefore looking for a new stars to join the new External Brands Service Team.
As a Product Compliance Coordinator you are responsible for securing that our external branded products, within the Chemical and Cosmetic assortment categories, fulfill the H&M Requirements at all markets. You secure that the products are compliant to create the best customer offer in all sales channels in a sustainably and legal way. You will work in a compliance team, in a collaborative network close to other functions such as Global Product Compliance Department, Buying Office, Sustainability and Legal.
Your responsibilities would be to:
Align external brand information with our requirements
Contribute to a competitive buying process, with an open mindset and a customer centric approach to enable sales of safe and legal products for our brands
Search information from our external brand buyers as well as the external brands about their products from the requirement perspective.
Secure the right information from Buying Office or the external brand needed for checking the company and product compliance.
You plan, investigate, communicate and follow up on all new external branded products connected to your responsibility area
Upon request you also update compliance connected documents and routines as well as communicating the updates to the external brands
Skills & Experience required :
Strong communication and coordination skills
Flexible approach and able to find creative solutions with the customer in mind.
Experience from working with beauty products and/or compliance related issues
Strong interest in sustainability aspects
Relevant university degree in Chemistry
This is a fulltime permanent position, located at the Head Office in Stockholm.
