We are now looking for a new Office Administrator to our Assortment department within Menswear at our Head Office in Stockholm. As our Administrator you will be handling various administrative tasks and work closely with our Communication department to assist in their daily tasks, however you are encouraged to develop and drive your own areas of responsibility. You will have a key role in creating structure and organize office details as well as playing an important coordinating role for the staff at the department.

 
Your responsibilities include:
  • Administration of vacations lists, time reports, expenses etc.
  • Administrate different system accesses for the employees
  • Support managers in planning and booking team activities, internal and external
  • Support managers with different errands
  • Be a part of planning, implementing and coordinating social activities, for example Christmas and Summer parties
  • Prepare for new employees - computers, key cards, system accesses etc.  
  • Assist the Communication department with administration and coordinating tasks
  • Keeping the office space organized and in good shape
  • Evacuation responsible

You are a true relationship builder who enjoys taking on both easier and challenging tasks. You have a flexible and prestigeless approach, are motivated by H&M’s values and a true team player.

 
To succeed in this role, you also have:
  • Experience from an administrative role
  • Excellent administrative and communicational skills
  • Fluent in English; both written and spoken
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office

We are offering a substitute contract for approximately 1,5 years.
