We are now looking for new Facility Managers to join our team in Stockholm. The Facility Management (FM) team is responsible for all maintenance, cleaning and energy management in stores. We support all 8 brands and 180 stores across the country. Do you want to help us maintain modern, attractive stores?
The team consists of nine employees, mainly based in Stockholm, and are part of the wider Expansion Department. This is a full-time position. The Facility Manager reports to the Country Facility Manager.
What you will do:
Work with store teams to help resolve reactive work orders
Manage invoices and budget for FM Services
Manage suppliers and landlords to ensure they deliver the expected quality and cost
Create and follow-up on three-year maintenance plans for major assets: elevators, escalators, ventilation, entrance systems and electrical systems
Act as receiver for new stores and rebuilds to ensure a smooth transition to operation
Deliver minor maintenance projects
Assist in tendering and negotiations of new contracts with suppliers
To succeed in this role:
A degree in Facility Management, business or engineering, or several years of relevant work experience
Experience within Facility Management or Retail is a plus
Excellent MS Office skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written), proficiency in Swedish is a bonus
