Job description
As our current Finance Manager is leaving for new challenges outside Scania, we are now looking for the replacement. The main areas of responsibility for the Finance Manager are accounting and reporting, financial planning, financial- and business control and treasury. The Finance Manager is heading the finance department of Scania Finans AB, consisting of three directly reporting Business Controllers and one directly reporting Head of Accounting and Reporting, who manages a team of Financial Controllers. The Finance Manager reports to the Deputy Managing Director.
The Finance Manager is a business partner to the Scania Finans AB organization, Scania Commercial Operations and customers, strongly focused on and supporting portfolio growth, profitability, return on equity, cash management and competitive cost of funding.

The position is located at Scania Finans headquarter in Södertälje and requires active cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, Scania Financial Services Business control and Scania Group reporting in Södertälje, suppliers, tax authorities, auditors, banks, legal advisors, tax advisors.
The position will involve some travelling to Scania Finans markets.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has a high level of personal integrity, is driven and self-motivated. You should have previous management experience and a strong interest in developing and improving processes. In order to be successful in this position you will need to have a proven knowledge of IFRS, experience preferably from a Scania Financial Services company or from other parts of Scania. Your skills and formal qualifications should preferably include:
