Information Security Manager i Stockholm

The role of Information Security Manager (ISM) is a vital component in Swedbank's Information Security organization. In your role you will support the BIO value streams, be the main point of contact with Group Information Security and work with and support Digital Banking management team.

Main duties and responsibility:

• Implement way-of-working with information security that supports a systematic work to identify and manage information risks within Digital Banking
• Monitor, support and follow-up
• Support and advice stakeholders in information security issues
• Be part of evaluate existing services to secure information when maintaining and further developing the service
• Related to CISO's and Privacy Functions coordinate information security topics
• Responsible for Digital Banking to be compliant to internal and external regulations
• Identify and be part of mitigation of information security risks and breaches
• Contact person towards AFC/GIS
• Work with Digital Fraud from a system perspective
  
  

• Understanding of the threat environment, relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Interest in Information Security Management Systems processes, methodology, tools and general operational risk management;
• Ability to discuss issues with different stakeholders, adapting message to target group.
• CISSP/CISM certification is a merit.
• Ability to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture (listen, ask questions, build trust)
• Internal drive and personal efficiency
• Relevant Academic degree
