In Sweden we are now starting an exciting journey and building up the new Regional Distribution Center for the countries in Northern Europe. In relation, we are now looking for two Customer Service Specialists to our new team.

Being a Customer Service Specialist at our Regional Distribution Center, you will be a vital member of the Customer Operation team of EL Sales and Marketing Business Line. In this role, you will be responsible for RDC order handling and internal customer issue resolution, non-conformity case management and other administrative tasks. Your team will own the communications flow from RDC to the local sales units in Scandinavia and Baltics. The location for this role is Nyköping or Västerås.

Your responsibilities
  • Holding overall responsibility for order management process, from orders input by internal customers (ABB Local Sales Organizations) until dispatch to End Customers.
  • Interacting and coordinating with RDC Team, 3PL and forwarders, if needed.
  • Ensuring the resolution of customer issues, recommending appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests.
  • Proactively informing internal customers (LSO) about issue resolution status, backlog status and all business relevant changes.
  • Preparing and analyzing regular statistics, using available tools and collecting relevant customer operation information.

Your background
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience in order handling or Customer Services, preferably in a similar industry and B2B.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
  • Ability to handle many tasks at the same time and great self-management skills.
  • Being an open-minded person who always strives to understand customer requirements and tries to find the best possible solution.
  • Good communication skills and intercultural understanding.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike, is a must as you will be working as part of a global organization. Another Nordic language is an advantage.
