Content Responsible “H&M Backstage” for H&M Marketing & Communications
Marketing & Communications is a global function that consist of 450 employees at the Head Office in Stockholm and support all 74 markets around the world. The department has the responsibility to build the H&M brand, internally and externally when it comes to brand awareness, attraction and loyalty. The Communications department constantly drives change making sure that H&M’s communication is customer oriented, relevant and aligned with our brand DNA. We are now looking for a Content Responsible for H&M Backstage, one of our channels for Internal Communications. H&M Backstage is a global online platform for all employees working in our stores. It enables our employees to stay updated, inspired and learn more about what’s going on at H&M through curated articles, videos and fashion inspiration.
What will you
do:
As Content Responsible for H&M
Backstage you have the global strategic and operational responsibility for the digital
content in H&M Backstage and will report to Head of Internal Communications.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overall responsible for the content including planning and quality assurance.
- Plan, support and lead the content editorial team from a global content perspective.
- Assign, coordinate and follow up content production with external, and internal contributors.
- Support the Communications teams in the H&M sales markets giving them the best prerequisites to succeed in their work when creating local content.
- Setting relevant content goals for Backstage, follow up and analyse statistics making sure set goals are met
- Participate in and contribute to the overall development of H&M Backstage as well as being part of the maintenance team
- Collaborate with the rest of the Internal Communications team by synchronizing and planning internal communications activities.

with a customer-centric approach. To be successful in the role as Content Responsible for H&M Backstage we
believe you have:
- Formal education within Journalism or Communications
- Experience working as an editor in chief or a managing editor
- Experience from working with digital editorial content within lifestyle,
fashion, sport or consumer products
- Proven ability leading teams to deliver on shared goals
- Fluent knowledge in English, written and oral
- Result driven with an ability to communicate a vision and strategy, prioritize and take decisions
