Working as system architect at H&M, in the exciting logistics area, is taking on a great responsibility. This will also give you great chance to develop your skills! It will give you the opportunity to get to know the H&M core business and interact with stakeholders. You will also get a chance to work closely to other surrounding systems.


Delcon is a track & trace system used for the transport of goods between warehouses and stores. The system is used around the world and around the clock by more than 10 000 users. The Delcon system is constantly going through changes, both maintenance but also new development. The team consists of around 10 persons, some are situated in the office in Stockholm, and some are working from offshore.


Your responsibilities
The job of a system architect within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.
Your to do-list can include more or less of the following tasks:
• Keep system architecture updated
• Enabling integration with the transport service providers (TSP:s ) globally
• Enabling integrations with surrounding systems
• Involved in Acceptance test (tech changes)
• Production release, in collaboration with logistics operation


Your mindset & skills

Just like everyone within the H&M group, we believe you are a social, proactive, communicative, business-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. We believe you skills include: 


• Good knowledge in .Net Framework / Components
• Good knowledge in Azure infrastructure and components
• Good knowledge to visualize technical roadmap
• Process modelling
• Experience from working in large company with many stakeholders
• Experience from working with integration platforms
• Scrum & Agile WoW
• Good knowledge, both written and oral, in English


Qualifying skills that is a merit are following:
• Continuos integration and deploy tools (Team City, Octopus, Azure Devops)
• Experience in JIRA & Service now
• Working on a global basis
• Retail business
• Experience from working with distributed teams
• Good knowledge in Swedish
