Are you a business driven individual that is passionate about people? Are you driven by supporting people and business with labor law in a fast paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, whilst challenging the status quo? The you might be our Senior ER Manager.


You will work as a Senior ER Manager for the Swedish support office, you will work both independently and in the HR team but also closely together with other managers and employees within the market and report to the Country HR Manager.


To be successful in this role you are experienced in Employee Relations and or similar role and have extensive knowledge of the Swedish Labor market. You are confident to take big decisions that supports the evolving business and are result driven. You are a value driven ambassador and a trusted and strategic partner. You constantly look for possibilities to improve practice and as part of a fast-growing business, the day to day is varied – you switch seamlessly between operative and strategic actions. 


Main Responsibilities
  • Set and develop legal processes, guidelines, tools and routines in the market
  • Create a good teamwork with external partners and work with our Employer Organization (Svensk Handel)
  • Build strategic relationship with unions, negotiate and inform accordingly
  • Ensure that we have the same way of working with Labor Law processes in all our functions
  • Be a part and lead different projects to secure that legal requirements are met
  • Create and publish legal documentation to support the business
  • Train managers and HR in labor law
  • Support the business with ER questions



Your skills & Experience

We believe you are confident, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism individual:

  • Experience with employment legislation, union agreements and union relationships
  • Clear communication skills including written and verbal skills in English
  • Impactful presentation skills to reach diverse receivers internally and externally
  • Education within Labor Law, Degree of Master of Law
  • Proven successful leadership experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in setting and implementing strategies and/or projects
  • Preferable experience working with Retail Sales organization
  • Experience in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
  • Being fair, empathetic, communicative and committed to both the business and the well-being of the employees
  • Have an analytic and reflective mind-set
