Customer Experience Representative i Sweden

Our mission is to create an optimal and sustainable trade of food. We have launched Sweden's first digital grain trading platform - through Skira farmers and industry players can now for the first time trade grains and agricultural commodities on an open, secure and sustainable platform.

We need you, customer experience-person, to join the team and let every farmer, in all aspects, have the best possible trading experience at Skira and make them first-hand feel how we'll help them to change the world!

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be an integral part of our mission, working directly with what we hold most dearly: Our customers and their happiness with Skira’s platform. As our representative you will enjoy considerable responsibilities from day one, gaining access to and experiences from a fast-growing, young and dynamic company working to disrupt and change the whole the way the agricultural industry works today

We believe in empathy, teamwork and a high pace and are looking for likeminded persons to join us as soon as possible! You’ll be part of our team reporting directly to the COO.

 

-You will-

  • Post-sales process: As Skira is a full-service marketplace there are many steps in our post-sales process and you’ll work with all of them - from credit checks, transportation bookings and updates, quality checks of the goods, invoice handling and more. The queries vary quite a bit meaning you’ll need to be (or become) a bit of a know-it-all. You’ll be expected to do upsells in a proactive way, which will require you to be a sales-oriented customer care person.

  • Customer care: Handling of customer care errands via e-Mail, Chat, and Facebook, providing our users with the tools they need to make it through their user journey.

  • Office & Events: Helping organize and represent Skira at popups and events as well as hosting Skira’s internal events.

Except for answering user queries, you’ll help us on our road to minimize the user’s need of your help, and find ways to move your efforts from center stage to behind the scenes. Your work assignments will, therefore, vary from week to week but could include assignments such as producing templates, specifications and similar.

Be prepared to work in an agile environment and do a bit of everything - Your role will grow together with the company!

 

-You are- 

  • Service-minded, detail-oriented, structured and highly organized problem-solver. Plus if you have an interest in agriculture.

  • Unprestigious, hard-working, have a positive and patient attitude and itching to be a part of changing the industry for the better.

  • Fluent (orally and in writing) in Swedish.

  • Preferably in high school, just graduated from high school or just started your university studies.

  • Love to learn new things & you learn them fast. You’re able to articulate and explain your ideas, as well as listen to and give feedback.

  • Ca 30h per week with flexibility to work from home.
