Head of Marketing
Alter is a mobile platform where users create AR avatars, customizing their own appearance by accessing a marketplace of digital avatars, accessories, and fashion. They also can meet other people from around the world via video chat rooms. Launching our mobile app in Jan 2020, but we aim to become the AR identity layer / digital fashion marketplace with AR wearables on the horizon. We are based out of a venture studio in Stockholm and funded by the founders of Candy Crush

YOUR ROLE
You will be one of the first hires for marketing. We are looking for a passionate person willing to wear many hats. You will plan and execute different marketing programs including paid, social, influencer marketing, marketing analytics, press outreach, and content creation.

Your enthusiasm for developing marketing initiatives and measuring results is contagious and you are constantly in learning mode.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2-5 years of experience with digital and growth marketing. Experience running paid social ads, marketing analytics, content marketing, influencer marketing, and retargeting.
- Startup experience (consumer app experience ideally)
- Knowledge of analytics software, or can pick it up fast
- Adobe Premiere/After Effects a plus
- Ecommerce a plus
