Our team is looking for talented sales affiliates who can help us to promote our development services and grow our business.

The ideal sales partner should have:

• Understanding of the mobile/web development process

• Ability to work remotely.

• Self-starters and self-motivated individuals only

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organization and prioritization skills

• Creativity

• Assertiveness

• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence

• Persistence

• Solid work ethic

• Excellent presenting and negotiating skills

• Have a real passion and strong background in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions, including websites and apps

Responsibilities

• Identifying new prospects and business opportunities

• Qualifying opportunities within target clients

• Presenting the company to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, video conferences, telephone calls and emails

• Setting the first meeting ‘discovery' calls

• Expanding the client base

• Achieving monthly sales goals

• Communicating with prospects via phone & email

• Developing relationships with brokers

• Working closely with the founders

• Hiring, growing and developing a global sales force

• Maintaining positive relationships with clients

What can we offer

• This is a commission-based position. Earn 10-15% of the net invoice

• 2-tier affiliate program, get an additional 5% of the commission earned by salesperson which was referred to us by you

• There is no limit to the commissions you can make with AllBright. We just need you to bring more clients to us.
