The Hoisting Solutions provides complete mine hoists including both mechanical and electrical parts of all types including friction, single and double drum mine hoists as well as shaft equipment to hoist ore from the underground mine to the surface.

• Preparing sales plans
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
• Fulfilling targets on volume and profit
• Preparing technical and commercial offers
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customer
• Supporting sales colleagues based on background, knowledge and competence in determining the most technically and cost-effective solutions and preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process

• University degree in engineering
• Experience from system sales and marketing
• Experience from Mining Industry and customers, preferably Hoisting
• International experience
• Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms
• Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude
