High Voltage Breakers is recruiting a new supply chain manager to lead a team of 10 dedicated people. In the role you will report directly to the Production Manager and be part of the production management team. Together with the management team you will discuss improvement projects, share ideas and together agree on actions. This is an exciting role filled with opportunities to further develop yourself, your management skills and HV Breakers.

• As Line manager an important part of your role is also to review, coach, motivate as well as develop your team
• You will make sure that we have a stable supplier OTD in collaboration with the strategic suppliers at HV Breakers
• You are responsible for securing a stable material and production planning according to OTD goals
• Overall responsible for the department’s budget and shipment costs for import
• Ensuring that all improvement projects are being driven according to ABB guidelines
• Responsible for obsolete material and inventory control parameters

• A university degree in engineering, economics or similar
• It is beneficial if you have previous industry experience
• Experience from supply chain, planning, and/or logistics is an advantage
• You should be fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike
• You are a solution-oriented person and have a positive mindset
• Previous leadership experience is a plus
• You are a social, self-driven and responsible person
• Ability to manage different individuals
