Area HR Responsible (Maternity Cover) i Uppsala

We are recruiting an Area HR Responsible to join the Area Team in the Northern area based in Uppsala. The successful candidate will play an essential role overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance, and leadership development.

• Must have experience working as a leader with staff responsibility or HR experience

• Experience and knowledge in Swedish labor law and union regulations is a big advantage

• Being fair, empathetic and committed to both the business and the well-being of your team

• Well organized and structured

• You are open and honest in your communication and feedback with the ability to train and develop the team around you

• The ability to motivate the team to achieve great results
