We are recruiting an Area HR Responsible to join the Area Team in the Northern area based in Uppsala. The successful candidate will play an essential role overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance, and leadership development.
Your responsibilities
You ensure systematic work environment in your area in collaboration with Area Manager, trade union and Store Manager
You independently conduct labor law matters and negotiate with Area Manager and Store Manager
You ensure and follow up on a qualitative recruitment process in all stores and analyze future needs
You ensure and follow up on qualitative introductions, development processes and training
You work with HR KPIs such as sickness and staff turnover and take action accordingly
Your skills
Just like everyone else within H&M, you are sales minded, open minded and team player who is full of energy and has a positive attitude. We also expect you to have:
Experience and knowledge in Swedish labor law and union regulations is a big advantage
Being fair, empathetic and committed to both the business and the well-being of your team
Well organized and structured
You are open and honest in your communication and feedback with the ability to train and develop the team around you
The ability to motivate the team to achieve great results
