To cater for the individual needs and desires of our millions of customers, we at Global Expansion develop strategically and maintain our store portfolio to deliver great shopping experiences and enable sustainable and profitable growth for the H&M Group.

The Global Expansion function is responsible for all aspects of creating our Group’s Store Portfolio. We lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. Each year we add stores in new and existing markets and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.

You will join a PLM team consisting of Product and Program coordinators. The team is part of Non-commercial goods development department at Global expansion. 

The NCG Development department is responsible for the development and management of the store products and the product portfolio throughout the lifecycle. We create, develop and manage valuable sustainable products in an efficient way to support current and future retail concepts and business needs in our physical stores.

This position requires both a tactical approach to the PLM system and process applications, as well as strategic insight to integrate people and processes to evolve and enhance the user experience and its role in the products lifecycle.

You will be a key person to coordinate cross functional matters regarding our running interior programs and collaborate both with the teams within Store development and with other departments within global expansion such as Interior Purchase, Construction, Store Planning, Country organizations etc.  to ensure a seamless exchange and management of product data and the overall user experience.

We are looking for
A program coordinator to join the Product lifecycle management team at the H&M Head Office in Stockholm.

Main Responsibilties 

  • Develop and improve PLM tools
  • Set routines/processes that ensure efficiency and maximize the result.
  • Assist in the planning and prioritization of the interior program changes and interior service offer
  • Analyze the consequences interior product changes have on the running interior programs and interior service offer
  • Follow up and evaluate rolled out programs and changes made
  • Inform and collaborate with stakeholders such as creative team, layout team, buyers, NCG responsibles and country organizations
  • Optimizing the product usage (decreasing leftovers, avoiding redundancies and reducing costs)

Education & Experience

  • 5 years relevant work experience
  • Hands on experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. Siemens Teamcenter is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as Teams and share point).
  • Experience in handling and analyzing information from various internal customers, strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of agile and/or lean way of working
  • Have experience in administration and is structured
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with customer focus
  • Experience in retail is a plus
