H&M HOME is looking for a sharp data analyst to join our e-commerce team at our head office in Stockholm.
I am Staffan Larsson and work as Ecommerce manager at H&M HOME. My team work with most of what is relevant for our e-commerce business including merchandising, social media, business development and customer analytics. Our aim is to grow our e-commerce business and customer base as much as we can by delivering a great customer experience and by being relevant for our customer in our offer and communication.
We are looking for you, a sharp, driven and business minded data analyst. You will be responsible for our customer insights and analytics and you will work very close to our business to understand what insights we need to develop and better cater to our customers. In doing this, you will also work with other customers analytics teams within the group to share insights and cooperate on projects, as well as drive projects towards group functions.
The role as Data Analyst
As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for running and developing customer insights and analysis at H&M HOME.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Drive the customer insights and analysis function within H&M HOME
• Drive the H&M HOME customer analysis agenda with relevant parts of the H&M Group
• Drive H&M HOME CRM development together with H&M CRM team
• Set and follow up targets and analyze customer base development
• Develop customer strategies and share customer insights based on your analysis
• Suggest and support customer activities
• Provide insights on customer behavior to other parts of the organization
Your profile
You are proven as a data analyst with experience from similar roles developing and setting ways of working. You relate your work closely to business and with that as a base you know what can be relevant. You love analyzing and contributing with your insights to make our business grow. You have entrepreneurial spirit with drive and good interpersonal and communication skills. We are a small organization, within a big company, and you can work with high and low with the objective to grow with us as a brand.
Your skills also include:
• You have a strong business sense
• You are self-motivated, results driven and a problem solver
• You are a team player, yet you can work independently and drive our development forward
• You have strong analytical skills and are triggered to dig into big data sets, find what is relevant and convert your insights into actionable conclusions for the rest of our organization
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a data analyst
• You have previous experience of SQL, R/SAS and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Strong interest in following and learning about the latest trends in analytics
• Relevant university degree within business, statistics or engineering
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
