What challenges are we offering?
We are now introducing a modern digital ecosystem throughout all our production sites. Exchanging our core legacy production and logistics systems and at the same time helping P&L to realize their business development needed.
As a project manager you will work in a big global company and be responsible to drive various types of projects. You will be a key player to make business and IT aligned and working toward common goals. You will work actively coaching the organization and driving our business critical initiatives to success at Scania. You will belong to the department Order to Delivery (O2D) IT at Scania IT, responsible for development, maintenance and support of all IT systems from customer order to logistics, production, delivery and invoicing as well as industrial maintenance. O2D IT has local representation at the largest production sites around the world and is a key player in Scania’s step into Industry 4.0 and Industrial IoT.

Your profile
You have good communication skills, work in an agile way and strive to be a servant leader that empowers, motivates and develop your teams. Your mindset is to support the business functions in the very best way and you are comfortable in a role that requires cooperation, problem solving and responsibility. You create a good working climate in the projects, stimulate innovation, creativity and have an ability to lead people toward a common goal. You are flexible and have no prestige in finding the best solutions. You have a university degree in relevant area and have experience working as a project manager. You can communicate well both orally and written in English and Swedish
