STIKSEN is a young Swedish cap brand with the ambition to democratize and normalize the cap as a garment. Our idea is to offer premium caps with clean design that can be worn with any outfit, anytime, anywhere – regardless of environment and situation. Currently we are looking for a Creative Director with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead and run the creative work for the cap brand STIKSEN. This person will have a key role in the company as a co-owner.
So this is what we already have achieved:
- A great product filling a market gap.
- Sales in 10+ countries.
- Our first four hundred customers, proving the product need.
- Great relations with trustworthy and reliable suppliers.
- E-commerce site and logistics infrastructure.
- Admitted to SSE Business Lab venture incubator.
And here is what we need from a creative genius:
- Develop brand strategy and identity (values, personality, positioning etc).
- Visual communication and content creation.
- Design skills for both digital assets like ads and e-com as well as physical assets like packaging and labels – i.e. strong knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and know the basics in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Passion for caps and fashion with a great sense for styling and visual expression.
- Basic skills in photography and videography.
- Copyrighting skills in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
