As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be part of a Product Area based in Stockholm, paving the way as Spotify becomes an audio streaming service rather than only concentrating on music. You will be part of a leadership team working to build a world-class organization with a focus on successful delivery, great teams, and technical excellence. You’ll support both engineering managers and engineers in cross-functional squads, and partner with our Product Management team to deliver world class software solutions to their customers.
As an engineering manager at Spotify your main responsibility is to the people you support: ensuring that they grow as leaders and engineers passionate about building solutions that align with our mission and goals. Technical leadership and a strong background in delivering value to customers through complex, quickly-evolving systems will ensure you are able to challenge and grow the teams you work with. You will influence the culture, facilitate technical delivery, work with your team on strategy and execution, coordinate with other teams across Spotify, and work with leadership to define vision and strategy.
