KICKS is the Nordic’s leading beauty omni-retailer, with 240 stores, 2,5 million members, and with the largest e-commerce and multi-channel presence in the market.

We are now looking for a Business Developer/Project Leader to our e-com function! Mission of the role is to deliver new e-com functionality and usability improvements to maximize revenue, improve customer experience and enhance brand value. Does it sound interesting? Then keep on reading!

What will you do?

You will be responsible for setting, prioritize towards and follow up on our e-com roadmap. You will coordinate roll-out of improvements and new functionality linked to KICKS E-com. You will liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g Marketing, Customer Service, Sustainability, Business Development, IT) to gather, define and prioritize business requirements.

You will also be responsible for coordinate and ensure design, UX and detailed requirements and will be the main intermediary between technical development teams (both in-house and external teams) and the business to ensure effective and smooth collaboration. The role also including prioritize development backlogs and ensure transparency towards the organization (follow up linked to roadmap).

Your profile

To succeed in this role we believe that you have 3+ years of relevant experience of digital business development preferably within E-com and management consulting on top of a relevant academic degree

You have demonstrated experience from complex stakeholder management and cross-functional development teams, a good technical understanding of development and complex IT environment.

You also have a ability to commute between strategical, tactical and operational issues, and to plan and structure work even under high pressure and pace.
