I am Jonas Eriksson, Chief Product Owner (CPO) for Development Platforms within Digital Banking & IT. My vision is that we in the Development Platforms team will provide solutions which enables all developers in Swedbank to deliver world-class solutions for our customers. Now and in the future.

I am now looking for a Team Manager to join our group and lead the Pega Center of Excellence (CoE) team.

The Pega CoE is responsible for the central coordination of the Pega platform usage. They manage tools and environments as well as building best practices for the usage of the Pega platform. The team also secures that the platform is up to date according to its stated purpose and general efficiency needs

About the job

In the role of a Team Manager, you have an important mission. In collaboration with your colleagues, Team Managers and Agile Product Owners (APO's) in the CPO management team you will provide leadership for an agile team.

You will be responsible for:

  • A cross-functional team (CFT) of software and infrastructure engineers
  • Ensuring that the CFT members understand their mission and take on the responsibilities assigned
  • Coaching, removing obstacles and supporting the team to make sure they can work and deliver efficiently
  • Ensure that the team has the right competence and capacity needed to deliver the services for the future. This will include new recruitments as well as competence development of the team

In this role, you will get challenging targets to drive the development of the CFT, but you will also have a lot of mandate and freedom in how to achieve these goals.

What you need to succeed

  • University degree in economics, engineering or science is merit.

  • Team lead with staff responsibility
  • Experience running a Center of Excellence is a merit
