Program Coordinator/ Scrum Master i Stockholm

Our team has extensive knowledge, skills and experience in the services within Swedish Domestic Payments area, mostly within backend (Mainframe)-area but also for some TDE-functionality. Our team is located in Stockholm (Sundbyberg), Tallin and Vilnius.
In our area we are responsible for the central system for checking and processing PG (Postgiro) and BG(Bankgiro) payments via Internet banking, transfers (OVE), Top up, Direct Payments and Payment Account Directive.

Your responsibility would be:
To ensure and to coordinate activities in our own CFT backlog and when needed synchronized with other dependent CFT´s. Responsible for coaching and supporting the cross functional team (CFT) in our agile ways of working principles and process.

You will play a key role, in supporting the team assignment to maximize the value of new investment opportunities, handle lifecycle management and maintenance tasks, while ensuring continuous stability in systems and services. Manage our JIRA board, plan and facilitate our agile meetings, coordinate and follow up tasks in JIRA. Have a close work with the APO to handle the backlog and to the team to feel and handle the workload.

You are an expert in communication, and you value work for maintaining good relationships. You are comfort in take the lead when necessary, have an open mind and see opportunities in different situations. One of your strength's is to finalize your assignments according to scope and target and manage this by leading people. You have a passion for continuous improvements and a willingness to manage complex challenges. Good analysis, presentation & writing skills are necessary for good result. You are structured, systematic and have an interest in detail.
