Home Furnishing communication is the core of what IKEA Communications is doing. We develop world-class format-independent creative Home Furnishing communication through deep knowledge about the IKEA Range and insights about life at home. By integrating innovative production techniques as a source of inspiration into the ideation phase, we can lead  and deliver more impactful communication at a lower cost.

As an Interior Designer you will be working in creative teams with ideation and development of communication all the way to execution. Examples of what you will do:

• Create functional and inspirational HF solutions, meeting the needs and expectation of the assignment
• Plan in a digital tool, with all necessary documentation and production in mind.
• Execute/prop in whatever format to the brief and communication goals, showing excellence in the deliveries.
• Contribute with, present and sell ideas and solutions in a confident and constructive way, getting the audience involved and exited.

You will need : 

• Experience working in either Retail, Communication, Home Furnishing or Media industries.
• Strong will but yet empathic, confident in your knowledge, and curious and open to see different points of view
• Extensive understanding of the creative & production development process.
• Experience working in a high-volume production environment with tight deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry, digital and market trends; new tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of how customers consume and experience communication.
• Have the ability to transform high level input into communication with focus on low price communication for the many
• Experience working in a multicultural, creative and inclusive work environment.
• Fluency in English, spoken & written.
