What you will do
We are looking for a PO to the AD compute platform product. You will own the Solution AD - SPA2 system and SW platform design, i.e. the system solution and the SW integration in VCU. The teams design a safe system and develop platform SW in-house as well as designing the AD primary module, the additional compute needed to enable AD in our vehicles for the future.

You will lead the product in close collaboration with Team Manager and Scrum Master. There are currently 3 teams working together to realize the product.

As a product owner, you strive to maximize value added work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the team’s backlog. Your focus is to set the way forward and maintain the technical integrity of both the technical scope and the product scope together with the teams.

You and your skills
You have several years of documented experience within the technical field and are a proven leader with previous experience as a Product Owner, Technical Line Manager or similar roles. You also possess an academic degree (B.Sc. or higher) within a relevant area.

Good knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal) is essential in an international environment. You need to have a valid driver’s license B.

You are curios and knowledgeable in technology, in realizing a centralized compute architecture for Safety and Autonomous Drive! You can independently drive and set strategies for the product, the technology and the teams. You want to know more, create and make sure teams and people do so to.  You have excellent team skills and the ability to navigate the political landscape. A natural leader in engaging and motivating the teams and your co-workers. We also believe that you show courage and build confidence within the teams.
