Who we are

This Director level role is part of Center of Excellence (CoE). The role reports to Head of FM Real Estate and Business office. The purpose of this position is to drive work according to Global FM&E process Deliver FM services.

This role will globally drive and develop FM Services strategies and concepts, to be in the frontline of knowledge as well as identify and drive improvements to secure customer satisfaction (effectiveness) and stakeholders satisfaction (efficiency).

There is a drive to develop a FM global process as well as deliver FM Services. Together with colleagues in the team ensure total delivery of Quality, Operational and Service development for FM operations.

What you'll do
You along with colleagues in the team, you are to ensure total delivery of Quality, Operational and Service development for FM operations. Identify opportunities for improvement that supports the Global FM organisation to improve customer satisfaction through; external and internal Benchmarks and customer surveys. You will be  monitoring market trends. When it comes to actual performance versus the targets, ypou will perform analyse and solving performance gaps. You will ensure strategies are updated for the responsible area. You will collaborate with customers and FM Regional/Sites to understand needs and requirements and translate these into affordable solutions. You will assure optimal service structure set up including both User, Stakeholder and Property related services. You will drive global development and continuous improvement of strategies and way of working of Deliver FM Services. You will manage optimised supplier partnerships and contracts to ensure good customer support and cost efficiency as well as drive FM User satisfaction surveys and customer dialogs. You are to ensure adequate training for Global FM personal, connected to responsible area and work together with internal and external parties and support other members of CoE team.

You will be a member of External Tactical forums, when needed and ensure development of the strategic direction of FM, by networking in processes and with roles inside as well outside Global FM&E. You will be the owner of Global FM Concept and strategy in the area of responsibility and drive FM User satisfaction surveys and customer dialogs. You are also to ensure adequate training for Global FM personal, connected to responsible area as well as ensure KPI´s and improvement work with FM colleagues globally. You will work together and support other members of CoE team. You will live up to the generic Manager role description. 

You will provide Input to Supplier Choice and strategic or tactical meetings (if FM global and/or multi regional suppliers) as well as the authority according to Delegation of Authorities.

You should have the ability to balance stakeholders and have change management skills. She should bring leadership experience with proven good results as well as applicable legal competence.
