ABB Robotics develops, manufactures and markets robots and associated control systems, software, arc welding products, tracks and motor packages. You will be a part of a dynamic development environment where your main stakeholders are the agile release train and product owners. The position means playing a key role in our Lean Agile development process acting as Test Lead for the product RobotWare - the software that is running on the complete range of all our robot controllers. • Be responsible for control and development of the test process for RobotWare product level test and synchronize with low level and system level test stakeholders.
• Work closely with our software test architect.
• Identify the scope of the testing for each release.
• Monitor and analyze status of relevant metrics and present to the organization.
• Interact with test responsible for other parts of the system.
• Follow up our vision and roadmap for test and drive it forward by securing implementation of desired test methods and infrastructure.

• A Bachelor or Master´s degree within software engineering or extensive documented experience within the discipline.
• Previous work experience with test and requirement and/or industrial automation, is an advantage.
• You are organized, result-oriented and a self-motivated.
• Being a true team player, you are communicative, collaborative and positive and thrive in a role where you can take initiative - all to contribute to our future success.
• English language skills are mandatory and Swedish is highly preferable, both written and spoken alike.
