Trainees to Swedbank Analyst Development Program i Sundbyberg

The Swedbank Analyst Development Program is a Program for junior candidates with strong academic background and limited working experience who are interested in pursuing a career as an analyst within Swedbank.

Joining the program gives you an opportunity to rotate between units in the bank in order to gain experience from different perspectives. You will get the chance to work with different tasks in areas related to Capital, Asset and Liability Management, Risk management and control as well as Business Steering. Supporting senior colleagues, you will have a great opportunity to develop and learn from day one. During the programme you will also take part of activities to learn about Swedbank's business strategies, broaden your insights as well as be given the opportunity to network for your professional growth.

We offer 8 positions during 2020/2021, the internship lasts for 10 months and is based in Stockholm.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or Computer science or similar
• Maximum 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Strong passion for the financial sector
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English
