You develop our internal standards landscape to ensure process quality and efficiency along the whole product lifecycle of our products with focus on R&D.
You represent Siemens Energy Sweden in national and internal standardization bodies.
You leverage the potential of standardization to reduce the number of design variants with complexity reduction methods.
You are contributing to process quality and process effectiveness in R&D.
You specify processes and methodologies and you roll them out to the whole organization.
You develop standardization as a strategic pillar to optimize our business performance.
As part of a global organization, you will have the opportunity to build a network that expands across the world, from Europe to North America and Asia. On top of that, your multi-disciplinary collaborations will for example include the Materials and Heat Transfer groups and the Service department.

- Good English language skills are required. Swedish language skills are meritorious.
- You are a skilled technical writer to generate process descriptions, manuals and guidelines.
