Night Shift Manager DC Borås

Are you our new Night Shift manager? Are you experienced in operational leadership and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment? Do you have a great interest in people and logistics? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

As a Night Shift Manager you will lead, manage and organize our night shift as one team, embracing the H&M values and policies. You will be responsible for production and will contribute to the overall DC result with a clear people and business focus.  Your main task will be operational support where you will spend 80% of your working hours.

This is a full-time probationary contract, access by agreement.

Working hours are nights and you report to the DC Manager.

Your responsibilities:

- Personnel responsibility including salary and rehabilitation.

- Performance management.

- Shift responsible regarding processes and equipment.

- Ensure good communication between all teams.

- Leading and allocate work.

- Follow-up on KPI`s

- EHS (Environment Health & Safety)

To qualify you must:

- Have at least 3 years work experience as a leader.

- Be fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge in English, verbally and written.

- Have proven operational and present leadership ability.

- Have good understanding in IT-systems.

- Have Financial and process understanding.

- Lean experience would be an asset.

- Secondary education is a requirement and university education would be an asset
