The Customer Insights & Analytics team, directly under H&M Brand, is looking for a sharp Business Analyst to join us in H&M’s head office in central Stockholm.

I am Patrik Waldenström and I am leading the Customer Analytics part of our team. Our vision is to provide the best decision support for the H&M brand and lead the transformation in becoming a customer, data, and insight driven company. We work closely together with brand management and our global functions to ensure that strategic decisions are based on insights about our customers. To speed up this transformation, we now need a sharp Business Analyst that will develop and implement a new model for customer centric steering across our business to make sure we take decisions that are best for our customers. Additionally, you will be a core asset in many cross functional projects and lead the change to incorporate customer data in strategic decision making at H&M.

What will you do?

• Build flexible and scalable tools to help our central functions and local markets to set goals based on customer data, and follow up on those goals
• Challenge how we evaluate our business today, and develop best practices including how to incentivize the organization to drive towards long-term customer value
• Work tightly with global and regional stakeholders to align KPI’s and set a cross functional direction
• Be the analytics expert in cross-functional projects and initiatives, and lead pilot projects
• Transform business questions into analyses that result in actionable insights
• Develop analysis methods and metrics for the company that are centred around the customer

Previous experience as a business controller or analyst is meriting. Additionally, advanced Excel skills using pivot tables and complex formulas, SQL programming skills and/or Power BI skills is a big plus.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in relevant field
• Strong analytical skills and confident in working with large data sets
• Business minded and passionate about making a difference

• Eager to learn and break new ground

This is a full-time position located at the Head Office in Stockholm. Start date is flexible but preferably as soon as possible.
