To succeed in this role, you are most likely acting in a senior buying position today within a digital or multichannel context, most likely within fashion or sports retail. We believe you’ve gathered your experience in buying, planning and B2B over the last 5 years and we are confident that you have been successful in reaching your targets and goals. You are a fast learner with strong entrepreneurial mindset. Your professional social skills will help you navigate across external partners organizations including their senior management.

Your main responsibilities:
Select brands, set plan and buy assortment to build the best customer offer for Women
Selling and profitability of external brands for Womenswear
Contribute to set vision and goals for external brands and search for new collaborations and business opportunities based on trends and customer´s need
With support from service team external brands, negotiate terms, conditions and deliveries to optimize selling and profitability
Build great partnerships with external brands as well as well as driving cross-functional collaboration within H&M and within the H&M Group
We believe that you as our next successful Senior Buyer Womenswear External Brands H&M:
Have extensive experience from working as a Buyer and solid experience from working with external brands
Experience from working towards international markets, brands and customer
Have leadership skills, both through own responsibilities and by leading others
Have business sense with an entrepreneurial spirit and an analytical mindset with a strong passion for the customer and product.
Have extensive experience from negotiations.

This role is a full-time position placed in Stockholm, part of the function Collaborations & Special Collections, and you will report to Dorian Blennmo, Head of External Brands.
