CRM Team Lead i Stockholm

Would you like to help take Paradox Interactive’s customer life-cycle programs to the next level? We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Team Lead to lead our CRM-team in Stockholm to help provide the best experience for our players.

About the role

As CRM Team Lead you will be responsible for setting direction for CRM at Paradox, and leading the team towards its goals. You will play a big part in defining Paradox’s CRM strategy and taking the department to the next level, as you will be managing the customer lifecycle for all Paradox products using a data driven mindset to create an understanding of our players and their evolving needs from a marketing perspective.

You are expected to have experience from similar journeys, having played a key role in developing a CRM department/team. You have knowledge and experience from driving user engagement, up-sell and cross-sell, through a variety of channels and touchpoints. We expect you to have a good understanding about market leading CRM tools available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of experts, with responsibility for implementing Paradox CRM strategy across all player touchpoints, driving increased player retention, upsell and cross-sell
• Define resources, roles and processes for how to develop CRM as an area long term
• Find new opportunities to support and ultimately retain our players

Requirements

• Hands on experience of CRM activities such as marketing automation etc.
• A track record of developing and executing customer lifecycle programs
• Experience of building and/or developing a CRM department

Your ability to put yourself in our players’ position, and to understand a fun, engaging and excellent user experience is part of your qualities. Your soft skills will come in handy when working with strong creative minds, and you are used to killing darlings in a way that wins acceptance.
