Would you like to help take Paradox Interactive’s customer life-cycle programs to the next level? We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Team Lead to lead our CRM-team in Stockholm to help provide the best experience for our players.
About the role
As CRM Team Lead you will be responsible for setting direction for CRM at Paradox, and leading the team towards its goals. You will play a big part in defining Paradox’s CRM strategy and taking the department to the next level, as you will be managing the customer lifecycle for all Paradox products using a data driven mindset to create an understanding of our players and their evolving needs from a marketing perspective.
You are expected to have experience from similar journeys, having played a key role in developing a CRM department/team. You have knowledge and experience from driving user engagement, up-sell and cross-sell, through a variety of channels and touchpoints. We expect you to have a good understanding about market leading CRM tools available.
