Your role in our team.
You are part of a HR team, based at the head office in the heart of Gothenburg (in the Central station). The team works globally with all our markets, together with HR colleagues in our different countries. The team creates an employee experience and a business culture, based on commitment and passion. With an inclusive and proactive approach, you develop and secure strategic HR processes and tools. As HR People Analyst, your main responsibility is to design and setup HR information systems and analytical tools to make HR data actionable to constantly improve the employee experience.

This is a substitute position, approximately one year.

You have a burning interest for digitalisation and systems and you have a strong strategic mindset. It comes natural for you to work in a structured way and you are used to lead yourself to reach set goals. You see yourself as a team player and you inspire to a good work environment for all your colleagues. You believe in togetherness and are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:

• University degree or equivalent within HR and/or IT or similar work experience
• Work experience within HR Information system
• Fluent in Swedish in both speaking and writing
• Good knowledge in English in both speaking and writing
• Meritorious: experience within GDPR and experience of working with Sympa and with engagement tools
