Most people suffer from mental health problems at some time in their lives. Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor with the vision that everyone should have the possibility to see a psychologist, regardless of where you live or what your circumstances are. Since then we have helped thousands of people to meet a psychologist via our app, having more than 150 accredited psychologists working for us.

What would you be working with?
The tech team at Mindler plays an important role in making sure that people who would like to meet one of our psychologists via our app can do it without any problems or hustle. Our promise to our customers is that you are never going to need to wait longer than 24h for an appointment.
In your work, you will be helping us find solutions to make CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) more effective and accessible for everyone in need.
As a React Native developer at Mindler, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and stability while building out the app with new complex functionality. Always ensuring high quality and stability during implementation and being responsible for continuous releases are being made.
Who are you?
You have previous experience in app development, preferably building React Native apps, being responsible for releases. You have a relevant education and excellent written and spoken English skills. At Mindler everyone gets a lot of responsibility from day one, meaning it’s important that you see yourself being a self-starter and able to scope your work and projects, implement its design and be able to do research without having a detailed brief.
We believe that everyone continuously learns by receiving and giving feedback. At Mindler we strive to be open to feedback and feel that it goes without saying that you will be getting feedback on all code you will be writing. We like to discuss how to find the best solutions, and get the perspective from everyone in the team.
