About Tilly

Tilly was founded by two women who have own experience from struggling to have children - and during this journey we realized how little women are taught about their fertility and how much stigma that surrounds the area. With Tilly we want to improve proactive fertility understanding and support those that are struggling using digital innovation!

We’re a team of two with a third person on the way in. We’re part of Sting’s incubator programme and we share an office space with a lot of other start-ups at A-house in Stockholm. 

The role

We’re about to launch our first digital services and we need help to make sure we reach and engage as many people as possible. 

What do we need you to know?

• Growth: Basic technical abilities regarding SEO. Experience from planning and buying digital media on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and other new platforms. 

• Analytics: Experience from working with a range of analytics-tools and methods; using insights to constantly tweak messaging and channel choices to optimize results.

• An eye for design: It’s great if you’re creative and have an eye for what goes into a great design and how to create a compelling story.

• Communication: Strong writing skills, especially in the context of content marketing.

We say “experience”, but it’s an internship so first and foremost we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn - self-starter that pick up new capabilities fast. We need you to like to dig into details and set high standards for everything you do. And of course to be as passionate as we are about spreading the word about Tilly’s services!

It’s a plus if you’re fluent in both Swedish and English, but only English is ok. 

Start date: April

20-40 hours/week - Unpaid internship
