The role
The field based role will be an expert on restaurant operations, including Burger King operational standards and best practices, with focus on Food Safety.

The target is to significantly improve restaurant operations by securing a full understanding and execution of the BK Operations manual in the restaurants, leading to an increased guest satisfaction and improved restaurant profitability, measured in sales, external audits and guest satisfaction scores.

The Concept Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading initiatives to improve Burger King restaurants in the following key areas

• Brand Standards: Execute brand standard operating procedures, with functional knowledge of the Burger King OPS Manual and Food Safety

• Best Practices: Identifying opportunities and areas for improvement to best support the targets of improved guest satisfaction and restaurant profitability

The candidate will need to show strong ability to engage with all different roles in a restaurant team and be influential in relationships with external stakeholders (Franchisees and vendors) and internal partners (Marketing & Operations, etc).

• Strong understanding and knowledge of QSR industry and restaurant operations

Travel
This is a remote role with extensive travel required. The role will be based in Sweden
