Finnish & Swedish Speaking Student Worker for Supply Chain Customer Service i Helsingborg

You will be part of the Nordic Supply Chain Team, which consists of 60 people covering the areas of Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and Procurement. We are now looking for a Student Worker to help assist our team with a number of tasks. You will assist our Customer Service Team from our office based in Helsingborg, and we would like you to start during July or in the beginning of August. There is 11 people in the Nordic Customer Service Team, where four are based in Helsingborg. We may ask you to participate in business trips to the other Nordic countries, as you will be supporting the whole team – especially Finland.

You will report directly to the Nordic Team Lead based in our Nordic Head Office in Copenhagen; Nils Sørensen. Can you see yourself in our culture? We work in a fast paced environment and are in the center between Commercial and Supply Chain, which means that you will have a large scope of contacts. “We work with many different stakeholders and need to be able to see things from different perspectives, which I think is one of the most interesting parts of the job,“ says Nordic Team Lead, Nils Sørensen.

Your future challenges
You will act as a prime contact point for the Supply Chain Customer Service Team when customers have questions, comments, complaints or queries. Further more, you will handle:

• Administrative tasks – primarily focused on Finland and Sweden
• Order follow up
• Internal and external customer e-mail correspondence
• Claims
