As a Product Marketing Manager you are responsible for the marketing and sales of assigned games, leading the work for and coordinating a team of marketing specialists enabling them to create outstanding marketing campaigns. You are also part of a product team led by a Product Manager where you provide the marketing perspective and coordinate marketing plans with development plans. You are measured on your ability to maximize revenue and player activity.
Responsibilities
- As Product Marketing Manager you will define the positioning along with marketing objectives and strategies ensuring that these are aligned with product and segment leadership.
- Consultation and coordination of marketing support teams composed of experts in their fields in the creation and execution of the marketing campaign covering all stages in the product life cycle.
- As owner of the product marketing budget providing regular forecasts on campaign spend across the various functions and phases of the campaign
- Representation of the project and its team to both internal and external partners and stakeholders, including presentations, reporting, etc.
- Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with development partners, both internal or external studios.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience having coordinated resources and successfully delivered B2C products to market.
- Preferably experience from the gaming industry or a strong interest in games.
- Experience with project management, preferably using agile methods.
- Strong business perspective with an understanding of how marketing should be optimized to contribute to revenue goals.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
On a personal level you understand people: What makes them buy a game, what motivates them to produce excellent work. You communicate clearly and effectively. You keep a cool head in a changing environment, and you have a true understanding of which marketing efforts make a difference to the bottom line, and which don’t.
You find motivation in making your team members better by providing the support they need and you are not above getting mud under your nails when the situation requires it.

Location: This position is based in Stockholm
