Functional Analyst - SAP HR i Västerås

We are part of the global ERP CoE (Center of expertise) domain where each ERP CoE manages its own SAP set up, as well as we collaborate on shared solutions. We are part of the Global Business Support, GBS. Our main tasks are to develop and provide IS services based on business demands.

In this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP HR/HCM. You will get an opportunity to work as part of ABB’s global ERP Center of Expertise supporting our various businesses located in Sweden. Work is carried out in collaboration with business process owners, IS management and external vendors to define and deliver solutions that fulfill our customers’ requirements and needs. You will be part of the local ERP CoE team within Sweden, Denmark, Baltics, which consist of functional analysts from different processes as well as change managers and service managers. Team spirit and collaboration is highly valued. You will need to set up your own network with colleagues in other countries and set up structures for communication.

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant field, ideally in the fields of IS/IT or HCM
• Minimum five years of work experience in a relevant area; HCM and application design/process development in SAP HCM
• Experience with SAP Payroll
• Practical experience in requirements analysis, management and change management, as well as with software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of IT Framework and methods (ITIL, SCRUM) is seen as an advantage
• Experience with Process Development and Quality management methods (Six Sigma, Lean) is a merit
• SAP Certifications are considered as a benefit
• Fluency in English
