Financial Controller i Stockholm

Job Description

We are now looking for a financial controller to join our finance team!

As Financial Controller, you will provide a tremendous variety of responsibilities and will blend AR, AP and accounting. As a Financial Controller, you will support our production business with financial related tasks. You will have a central role and close collaboration with the production team, Business Controllers, and our Shared Service partner Bonnier Solutions.

Our Finance team provides financial expertise to all our businesses and across all of SF Studios’ locations, from cashflow analysis and payments to budget and forecasting, accounting, reporting and business analysis.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will work broadly within finance. More specifically, you will manage:

• Production Accounting
• Coordinating the work with our Shared Service Center regarding salaries and expenses within production.
• Responsible for planning Cash Flow
• Superuser in our systems Agresso, E-memo and Palette
• Manage customer billing in a timely manner
• Handle manual payments
• Review Aged Receivables report and drive Collections
• Responsible for past due invoice Collection efforts and maintains adequate notes to communicate to management the status of collections
• Respond to client inquiries regarding price discrepancies, billing inquiries, invoices, statements, etc.
• Performs month-end account reconciliations and provides adequate support

Requirements
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• A university degree in Finance or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in Finance
• Knowledge in Unit4 Business and Palette
• Technical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Experience in working with a Shared Service Center

Other information

You will be part of a Finance organization consisting of 14 people. You will work together with 6 Financial Controllers and report to the Head of Financial Control. Our office is situated in the heart of Stockholm on Sveavägen 56.
