Are you a service driven and determined coordinator with a passion for accuracy, administration, controlling and a supply chain expertise? We are looking for an ambitious, flexible and proactive team player full of drive who wants to make an impact in a rapid paced and dynamic environment.

 

The logistic organization in Sweden is searching for a person to the company's customs administration department (Impex). You will work in an international environment characterized by high tempo and daily challenges.

 

Impex
Impex (Import/Export) department is located at the DC in Eskilstuna. 12 people currently work at the impex department. They are responsible for all administrative processes related to the import and export of goods to and from H&M Sweden.

 

DC
The distribution centre in Eskilstuna is responsible for all distribution of goods to the H&M stores in Sweden. Today the DC serves approximately 150 stores with new merchandise and replenishment of sold goods. 2019 DC sent out approximately 70 million articles. Approximately 380 people are employed at the DC.

 

Your main responsibilities
Your mindset and behavior is based on our values, standards and policies. With your result driven approach you will focus on the following responsibilities in a fast moving environment with lots of fun in a cooperative team:

 
  • Collaborate with the Swedish Customs

  • Execute custom declarations
  • Handling of all import and export processes

  • Classification of goods
  • Process incoming documents into H&M IT-systems

  • Assist in cargo planning together with the warehouse

  • Arrange exports from the warehouse

  • Intrastat reporting
 
Your skills and experience

  • have experienced customs declarant

  • have excellent knowledge of custom rules

  • are skilled in an SAP environment and with Microsoft office

  • are fit for a fast paced, high pressured and deadline sensitive environment

  • have clear communication skills & fluent written and spoken both English and Swedish
