As our new manager of the Business Control & BA Analytics team, you will proactively plan and drive a business agenda focused on increasing sales and profitability. On top of the managerial role, you will act as a business controller to one dedicated BA. This role reports to the Finance Director Commerical and is placed in Solna or one of our sites in Sweden. 

Your main duties will be to:

To be a good fit to our finance organization, you have strong interpersonal and influencing skills, are a great communicator and have the ability to inspire confidence and create trust with all stakeholders. You also need to have excellent analytical skills and good structure in your way of working. Finally, you are a strong collaborator with a “team before self” approach, you are down-to-earth and you have a non-prestigious attitude
