Textual has a unique technology for Natural Language Generation. Based on input data clients can generate high quality, accurate content in 25 languages instantly. We work with Enterprise clients like John Lewis (UK), H&M, NA-KD, American Eagle and more. We are a fully remote workplace with team members in Brazil, Poland, France and Sweden. We believe in freedom and flexibility. We are looking for senior person that can lead the work in the role as our new CTO. We are currently 6 developers and growing. For this hire, we are looking for a geek that get things done, with high quality and happy team. To be transparent, our system is quite complex. We generate and keep track of multichannel, multilingual content for our clients. Using some AI and grammar for 25 languages. We have built the system in the python-based Django Framework and it is hosted on AWS. Going forward, we need to make this platform scale. Our team is spread around the world and we have a remote work culture. What we look for: * At least 5 years of developer experience * Manager profile - experience from hiring processes * Love client meetings * System architect experience * Experience from python * AWS * Frontend skills (HTML/CSS) * Problem solving personality * Detail oriented Nice to haves * React.js and jQuery * Multilingual * Experience from integrations with marketing/e-commerce platforms Remote work!
