The Company

PlasticFri is a Greentech startup based in Sweden that has developed a ground-breaking technology to create plant-based and environmentally-friendly alternatives for as a replacement for disposable plastic products.

Earlier this year, PlasticFri was named "the world's most innovative sustainability startup" in competition with 1402 companies worldwide!

The Role

As the business developer intern, you would be part of the Sales and Business Development team in order to generate new leads and attract partners and potential customers to consider our unique and environmentally friendly products.

Responsibilities include:

·      Working directly with the Founding team, supporting successful expansion of PlasticFri

·      Develop and implement strategies to establish PlasticFri on the market

·       Identifying and attracting new partners and customers

·      Weekly meeting with the executive team

Ideal Candidate

·      Passionate about environment and sustainability

·       Being Fluent in English and Swedish Language is a “must-have”

·       Graduate or student in the field of sales, marketing, business development or communication with the passion to make a difference

·       You have a natural interest in business development and sales, where you show a persistence and relentlessness in closing a deal

·       Outgoing, social and have good communication skills

·       You can work independently and meet deadlines

·       You enjoy working in the startup environment

·      You are driven, competitive and not afraid to take risks or face rejections on the way to success
