The Job:

xroom.app is looking for a talented UX/UI designer who is tech-savvy, efficient and skilled in illustrating.

• You are a driven, self-motivated and open-minded individual that wants to elevate your skills and abilities while helping us strengthen our app, brand, designs, and marketing through the creative digital media process.

• We are looking for a highly-organized individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is excited to work with leading SaaS products.

• Your main tasks will be focused on front-end design, motion creation, UX/UI, graphic design and marketing.

• As a UX/UI designer on our team, your role will be focused on generating attractive, clever, intuitive and eye-catching designs that ensure understanding through our products and also drive end-to-end conversions or sales.

The Opportunity:

• Help provide businesses and enterprises the opportunity to securely brand themselves with every meeting via our white-label solutions, via your designs!

• Help build a brand for the xroom.app platform, and obtain a comprehensive understanding of the video conferencing market and competition.

• Work collaboratively with others to execute new strategies as the company introduces product enhancements and/or releases new product features. You are a go-getter and passionate about technology and growth.

The Person:

• Superior communication skills in English and one of the following: Swedish, Dutch, German or Estonian or another EU based language.

• Extremely organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment · You are a reliable, honest, positive and an open-minded thinker.

• Highly collaborative, proactive, curious, self-starter, and always interested in learning.

• Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve our prospects’ business needs the ability to manage multiple priorities, and tasks simultaneously.

• You are not afraid to fail and you are not afraid to try new tactics

• Must have prior successful experience working remotely.

• Strong organization and time management skills and the ability to work independently.

• Can showcase skills in creating UI/UX Design for mobile & web

• Can showcase excellent visual design with sensitivity to user-system interaction

• Skilled in Illustration, Video editing

• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

• Knowledge of design and video software (Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch etc)

• HTML, CSS (optional) · Knowledge of Marketing tools (optional)
