The Job: xroom.app is looking for remote sales executives who are experienced, tech-savvy, and driven B2B sales professionals. We are looking for highly-organized people with an entrepreneurial spirit, who are excited to work with leading SaaS products.

As a Sales Executive on our team, your role will be focused on generating inbound leads while presenting the functions and features of our video conferencing platform via virtual demonstrations. You will drive the end-to-end sales cycle as an independent contributor performing new customer acquisition searches and will be responsible for managing the needs of prospects during the sales process, closing new business, and easing the transition from prospect to the customer with timely communication and thorough follow up. Lastly, you will assist with up-selling existing customers.

The Opportunity: 

  • Provide businesses and enterprises the opportunity to securely brand themselves with every meeting via our white-label solutions.

  • Build relationships with prospects and their internal stakeholders to close new business.

  • Build an understanding of the xroom.app platform, the market, and the competition. Help generate qualified opportunities.

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics regarding new business closed, the average turnaround time for resolution of issues, and customer satisfaction.

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to execute new sales strategies as the company introduces product enhancements and/or releases new product features.

The Person: SaaS selling experience required 

  • You are a go-getter and passionate about technology and growth.

  • Superior communication skills in English and one of the following: Swedish, Dutch, German or Estonian 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • You are a reliable, honest, positive and an open-minded thinker.

  • Highly collaborative, proactive, curious, self-starter, and always interested in learning.

  • Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve our prospects’ business needs the ability to manage multiple priorities, and tasks simultaneously.

  • You are not afraid to fail and you are not afraid to try new tactics

  • You are also an individual with solid experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales and Saas sales.

    • If you have experience selling security tools then that is a big plus!

    • Marketing skills and growth hacking skills a major plus!

  • Must have prior successful experience working remotely.

  • Exceptional closing skills.

  • Confidence and proven success giving sales presentations (use of video conferencing software a plus)

  • Strong organization and time management skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Extremely organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven experience building rapport with and managing business accounts

  • Tech-savvy and eager to convey the benefits of xroom.app to prospects globally

  • Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot, etc)
